THE RESET

A six-month, four-phase program built around your physiology.

It’s our flagship implementation program: six months of scheduled follow-up, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, supplement recommendations, monitoring and planned retesting—built from your Metabolic Blueprint and adjusted as new data and feedback come in.

One coordinated program. Four phases. One clinician throughout.

Bring the whole list.

You may be carrying questions about digestion, hormone and cortisol patterns, sleep, blood sugar, weight, body composition, nutrition and how those patterns interact.

The Metabolic Blueprint gives us a connected baseline across blood chemistry, hormone metabolites, GI patterns, intestinal permeability and body composition. The Reset uses that baseline to guide a staged plan, then compares selected repeat measurements with your symptoms and day-to-day response.

Not every question has a single test or a clean answer. The value is seeing the major patterns together instead of treating each symptom as a separate project.

SAME CLINICIAN · EVERY VISIT · NO HAND-OFFS · NO ROTATING TEAM

Your clinician every visit, for six months.

A common frustration in multi-provider programs is losing the through-line between visits. In the Reset, Dr Jared remains the clinician responsible for every scheduled visit, so the reasoning and adjustments stay connected.

Here’s what we’re doing in those six months — not a generic program, but the version your physiology asked for.

Six months. Four phases. One durable foundation.

Each phase builds on the last. The first month is intentionally heavier — we sprint to break old patterns. After that, we dial down to the sustainable level that becomes your maintenance baseline.

PHASE 1 · MONTH 1
GI and food-reaction foundation
  • Simplify the diet, observe tolerance, support digestion and address identified nutrient needs.
Reduce variables. Observe the response.
PHASE 2 · MONTH 2
Hormone- and glucose-informed planning
  • Use hormone, glucose, nutrition and activity data to refine meals, macros and exercise.
Build a plan that fits the data.
PHASE 3 · MONTH 3
Retest and recalibrate
  • Repeat the tests and measurements specified in your Reset plan, compare the findings with baseline and adjust the next phase.
Measure what changed—then steer the rest.
PHASE 4 · MONTHS 4–6
Maintenance and integration
  • Simplify the plan, reinforce what is working and build a sustainable handoff.
Make the plan easier to maintain.
14 scheduled visits over six months · weekly in Month 1, then biweekly · available in-clinic or by telehealth

What every visit looks like.

Fourteen scheduled visits over six months: weekly in Month 1, then biweekly. In-clinic visits include serial clinic measurements. Telehealth visits use available wearable and smart-scale trends alongside your reported response.

A typical 30-minute visit

For in-clinic visits, available measurements may include InBody 580, grip strength, blood pressure and height. For telehealth visits, we review available wearable and smart-scale trends. In both settings, measured data and patient-reported symptoms remain clearly separated.

A real sequence — and supplements with a job to do.

We often begin with GI tolerance and food-reaction patterns, then use hormone, glucose, body-composition and lifestyle data to refine nutrition and activity. The sequence is adjusted to the individual plan.

The Reset does use supplements — often quite a few. Each supplement recommendation has a defined purpose and is reviewed over time. Many are intended to be temporary; some may continue when there is an ongoing reason. Think of supplements as scaffolding: used while needed and reviewed as the plan becomes more stable.

THE ADJUSTMENT IS THE WORK

The best written plan a patient can’t do is worthless.

A long written protocol is not useful if it cannot be followed. The Reset begins more intensively, then uses response, measurements and practical feedback to simplify the plan over time.

First 30 days

A more intensive opening phase designed to reduce variables, establish routines and create early feedback.

After day 30

Work toward the minimum effective plan—the smallest sustainable set of actions that continues to support progress.

Build it carefully. Simplify it over time. Make it sustainable.

What we evaluate over six months.

The goal is progress across measured data and day-to-day function—not a guaranteed number on the scale or a perfect lab report. Results vary, and not every marker or symptom changes on the same timeline.

Body composition

Serial InBody measurements at in-clinic visits show trends in fat mass, lean mass and fluid distribution.

Lab markers

Planned Month-3 retesting shows what changed in the selected markers included in your individual plan. A change does not by itself prove what caused it.

How you feel

Energy, sleep, stamina, mood and other symptoms are tracked as patient-reported outcomes and kept separate from measured findings.

Improve what can improve. Support what needs ongoing management. Prioritize what matters most.

Some symptoms may resolve. Others may improve enough that they stop running your life. A few may need ongoing management. Conditions such as Hashimoto’s disease or PCOS may also require medical evaluation or treatment; the Reset supports nutrition, lifestyle, monitoring and coordination rather than replacing medical care.

What’s included.

Findings like these are what your Reset runs on — every phase, food change, and supplement adjustment traces back to a page in your Blueprint.

After 6 months, issues I’ve had my whole life have improved or completely gone away.

Stelo is intended for adults 18 and older who are not using insulin and is not for people with problematic hypoglycemia. When Stelo is not appropriate, the monitoring plan is adjusted.

“It’s great to have my energy levels back and no longer fear food. After working with Dr Jared for 6 months, issues I’ve had my whole life, that I never knew were issues or things that could be fixed, have improved or completely gone away. I am grateful for the physical healing, and for the lifestyle change that has allowed me to be the healthiest version of myself!”

The Reset — the facts

  • What it is: a six-month, four-phase implementation program that carries your Metabolic Blueprint findings into daily practice. It is not a testing package — the testing comes first.
  • What comes first: the Metabolic Blueprint and its 60-minute Lab Review. The Reset is decided at that Lab Review, not before it.
  • Price: $4,800–$6,200, quoted after the Lab Review based on the scheduled visits, supplements and retesting written into your plan. The $1,345 Blueprint is a separate, earlier purchase and is not part of this range.
  • Visits: 14 scheduled visits over six months — weekly in Month 1, then biweekly. About 30 minutes each, always with Dr Jared.
  • In-clinic or telehealth: most follow-up visits can be completed by video. In-clinic visits add InBody 580, grip strength and blood pressure. Remote participation does not include remote InBody testing.
  • What is included: all 14 visits, the first three months of supplements, planned Month-3 retesting, a Stelo continuous glucose monitor in Month 2 when appropriate, serial InBody scans at in-clinic visits, patient-portal access, and between-visit portal messaging about your active plan.
  • What is not included: supplements after Month 3, which are quoted before they are ordered — and the Metabolic Blueprint itself.
  • Payment: pay in full for a $100 discount; or a down payment leaving a $2,600 balance at $325 per month for eight months; or the full amount split into eight monthly payments. No interest and no financing fee. Twin Cities Metabolism is cash-pay and does not bill insurance; HSA and FSA funds are accepted.
  • After six months: continuing care is optional and there is no automatic enrollment. The Wellness plan is $89 per month; follow-up appointments are $195 each.
  • Where: Twin Cities Metabolism, Rosedale Tower, 1700 West Highway 36, Suite #400, Roseville, MN 55113.

THE INVESTMENT

$4,800–$6,200, depending on what your Blueprint reveals.

The Metabolic Blueprint comes first and is a separate purchase. It is $1,345, with the exact quote confirmed during the consultation. After the 60-minute Lab Review, The Reset is quoted separately at $4,800–$6,200. The exact amount depends on the scheduled support, supplements and retesting included in your written Reset plan.

The Reset includes all 14 scheduled visits, first three months of supplements, Stelo CGM when appropriate, planned Month-3 retesting, portal access, health-tracking support and between-visit messaging related to the active plan.

Paid in full

Pay the full quoted amount at enrollment and receive a $100 discount.

Down payment + financed balance

Pay enough at enrollment to leave a $2,600 balance, then pay $325 per month for eight months.

Full split

Divide the full quoted amount into eight monthly payments. No separate down payment beyond the first monthly payment.

Payment options spread the cost over time. There is no interest or additional financing fee.

Many patients use HSA or FSA funds for most or all of their Reset care, including clinical visits, testing, monitoring and other eligible medical expenses. We provide itemized receipts, and FSA administrators may request additional documentation. Supplements may also qualify when recommended for a specific diagnosed medical condition.

Is the Reset right for you?

Some patients arrive after spending substantial time and money on separate evaluations. A coordinated program may be more efficient than continuing to address every concern as an isolated project. The Reset is for patients who want structured implementation and frequent follow-up. Self-Guided is a real alternative for patients who want more autonomy and prefer to purchase support à la carte.

Payment options are available. HSA/FSA funds accepted—many patients use them for most or all of their care.

Not sure if The Reset is right for you? The Blueprint decides it.

After six months — what graduation looks like.

Continuing care is optional. There is no automatic enrollment.

Wellness program

Optional Wellness plan — $89 per month, month-to-month. Includes one monthly visit and one InBody scan.

Ad-hoc check-ins

Patients may instead book $195 follow-up appointments or separately quoted repeat testing as needed.

The math we do in your Blueprint is just paper until the work hits your day-to-day. Here’s what happens when it does.

What patients say.

I fully trust him to guide me through the metabolism repair program.

“Working with Dr Jared at Twin Cities Metabolism has been an incredible experience. He is very knowledgable and personable, and I fully trust him as an expert to guide me through the metabolism repair program that I am currently on. My experience here has broadened my perspective and approach to overall health and exercise, and also in appreciating and understanding my body and its specific composition. I feel the best I have in a long time. Highly recommended.”

After 4 months I feel healthier than I have in 5 years.

“I was experiencing sudden weight gain, extremely low energy, and sluggish gut among other things… The first thing I noticed two weeks into the program was a new level of mental clarity I didn’t even realize was missing. It was amazing! After 4 months, I am now feeling more connected to my body, able to tune in to its needs, and I feel healthier than I have in 5 years.”

Frequently asked.

Why six months?

Because the program is staged. Six months provides time to introduce changes, observe response, repeat selected testing and simplify the plan before maintenance. It is an operational program length—not a promise that every condition changes on the same timeline.

What if I want to stop partway through?

You may discontinue the program at any time. We reconcile the account based on what has already been used or provided. Unused services are refundable. Unused laboratory testing and unopened materials may also be refunded. Laboratory kits, supplements, Stelo sensors or other materials that have been opened or used are not refundable. If you are using a payment plan and there is still a balance due for services, testing or materials already used, scheduled payments continue only until that amount has been paid. Once the used portion is paid in full, future payments stop. If your payments have exceeded the value of what was used, the remaining unused amount is refunded.

What do supplements cost in months 4–6?

Supplement needs vary by case and by repeat findings. Supplements after Month 3 are not included in the Reset price and are quoted before they are ordered.

Can I do the Reset remotely?

Most follow-up visits can be completed by video. The separately purchased Blueprint testing can generally be collected through local blood draws and mail-in kits. In-clinic Reset visits include clinic measurements; telehealth visits use available wearable and smart-scale trends. Remote participation does not include remote InBody testing.

Shouldn’t I just see an endocrinologist?

If the findings point to something requiring medical diagnosis, medication management or specialist care, we will say so and refer or coordinate. The Reset does a different job: it interprets nutrition, lifestyle, body-composition, glucose and laboratory patterns together and turns them into a coordinated implementation plan. It works alongside physicians, not instead of them.

What if I miss a check-in?

We reschedule. Life happens — we work around it. Your access to the portal, app, and messaging continues regardless of visit scheduling.

Can I pause the program?

Yes. A pause extends the program end date so you do not lose the remaining scheduled care. Your original payment schedule continues during the pause. For example, monthly payments remain due on the dates established in your agreement. The pause changes the program timeline, not the financial terms. When care resumes, the remaining visits and program services continue under the extended end date.

Do I have to do The Reset to be a TCM patient?

No. Some of our Blueprint patients choose Self-Guided. It’s a real option, not a downgrade.

What about after six months?

You leave with a sustainable maintenance plan. Many patients re-engage for an annual retest or a follow-up Blueprint. Patients who want to keep a rhythm step down into our Wellness program — a monthly visit plus a monthly InBody scan.

Does insurance cover any of this?

Twin Cities Metabolism is a cash-pay clinic and does not bill insurance. HSA/FSA funds accepted—many patients use them for most or all of their care.

What if my Lab Review tells me I don’t need The Reset?

That’s a valid outcome. We won’t recommend The Reset to someone who doesn’t need it — and we won’t enroll someone who isn’t sure.

I’m on a GLP-1 (or coming off one) — does the Reset fit?

It can, depending on your goals and your prescribing clinician’s plan. Twin Cities Metabolism does not prescribe GLP-1 medications or direct medication changes. The Reset can support nutrition, protein intake, resistance training, body-composition monitoring and habit planning while someone is using a GLP-1 or during a prescriber-guided transition. In-clinic InBody measurements monitor fat- and lean-mass trends; they do not guarantee that all weight lost will be fat. Weight regain after medication withdrawal is common, so any dose change, taper or discontinuation should be coordinated with the prescribing clinician. The Metabolic Blueprint remains the first step before the Reset. More on working with GLP-1s.

The Reset starts at your Lab Review.

The Reset decision happens at your 60-minute Blueprint Lab Review.

First, book the free consultation. If the Blueprint is appropriate, that evaluation comes next. After the Lab Review, you may choose the Reset, Self-Guided or neither.
